Terms and Conditions

• We reconogise  that parties can be cancelled for whatever reason, therefore your party food order can be cancelled without charge up to 5 days before your order is due for collection.
• The price must be paid in full for all orders on or before the the collection date & time.
• If you have any allergy requirements you must let us know in advance of the order being delivered.
• If you would like to change your order in any way or add items, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will try to accommodate your wishes as best we can.
• We have a limited amount of Chafing Dishes sometimes we may not be able to supply them even through you may have added them to your basket, we rent them on a first come first serve bases, we will refund you for the cost of the gels where this occurs and do our best to let you know in advance of your party.
